Good morning, everyone. Douglas Cohen from Peak Legal Services, LLC just checking in again on a Friday after court. It’s a beautiful day in downtown Denver, a balmy 61 degrees.

I am happy to report that just yesterday, for a client of mine who was facing his second felony and possible Community Corrections or prison time due to his lengthy criminal history, we were able to work out a misdemeanor plea with a stayed, very minimal jail sentence so he could be with his family and new baby. We saved his job and his wife’s job.

Again, it goes to show a hard-working client and hard work on our end yield positive results.
