I’m happy to report that I helped a client on a DUI with a .327 BAC, which is an extremely high blood alcohol content level that usually requires a minimum of 10 days in jail and often ends up with a much lengthier sentence. My client got only in-home detention for less than 10 days including some credit for some work that he had already done. So he will be able to work, maintain his sober living regimen, and be safe for himself and the community. Great outcome today!
