I’m standing in front of the Weld County Courthouse. I don’t know if you can see it in the bright light today, but it’s such a beautiful courthouse. I’ll pan over here for a second and maybe you can see it. Just a gorgeous, old courthouse – the way courthouses used to look.

Anyway, I’m here on a very serious attempted murder case. I can’t go into too many details because we are at the beginning stages of the case, but it just appears to be a case where my client, who is an extremely hard-working laborer and husband and all-around good guy seems to have been overcharged. It was really just a fight with a co-worker. I’m hoping to help him resolve this issue favorably and allow him to move on with his life and maintain his freedom.
