Just another case update for everyone: It’s Friday, September 16th and I’m happy to report that I had a client who was facing 6 to more than 20 years on a very serious felony matter. After a year’s work with my client, diligently presenting information to the DA, and the DA being willing to listen to the information we provided at sentencing today, my client walked out of court a free man with probation: no jail and no prison. And deservedly so. He was really a pleasure to work with.
