I’m up in Breckenridge, Colorado today on a very difficult DUI case and I have to say, when a judge deserves kudos, a judge deserves kudos. I wouldn’t say that the judge was lenient in any way but he was eminently wise and reasonable in his decision-making and rulings and I always appreciate a good, fair, and professional judge. Shout-out to him!

Hopefully we can resolve this case in a way that is safe for my client and for the community and also protects my client’s rights all along the way.
