I am proud and happy to announce today that I got one of my clients a deferred to a class one misdemeanor off of what was a very, very serious felony domestic violence charge.

It just goes to show you when you work hard with your client, and your client does what you ask her or him to do, and you have an understanding DA and judge who really listen to the facts and mitigation you provide to them, what a great outcome you can have.
